The goal of this project was to creatively respond to Stansbury Island in Salt Lake City, Utah by exploring unique forms of expression using site materials. I collected salt to experiment with salt dough, creating a hamburger and fries that highlight how our perception of flavor is influenced by sensory experiences, despite the salt dough tasting nothing like the real food.
